The AI front desk for the trades

Turn missed calls into booked revenue.

Every missed call is revenue walking to your competitor. Veritex is an AI receptionist that answers every call your crew can’t get to, day or night, captures the job, checks your availability, and books it straight onto your calendar. Emergencies get triaged and your on-call tech gets the details on the spot.

The Booked-Jobs Guarantee: free for your first month, up to 25 calls. No card. Live in days.

The problem

Your crew is on a job. The phone rings anyway.

A customer calls to book while your crew is on a job. Someone wants a quote on a Sunday. A pipe bursts at 2am. The calls keep coming whether or not anyone is free to pick up, and right now nobody is.

$400 to $15,000is the typical value of a single job walking to your competitor

Every call you miss is a customer ready to book or ready for help, Googling “near me” and finding someone else.

Who it's for

If your crew is in the field, Veritex is your AI front desk.

Any trade where a missed call is a lost job. One system, two ways to run it, with intake tuned to how you actually work.

Booking & quotes

You're on a job and can't pick up. Veritex answers, captures what they need, checks your availability, and locks in the appointment or hands off a quote request while it's still hot.

How it works

From a ringing phone to booked revenue, in one call.

No hold music, no chatbot maze. Your AI asks the same questions your best dispatcher would, then books the job or gets a tech moving.

01

We answer every call, every time

After-hours, daytime overflow, or your whole line. Your number rings through to Veritex whenever you can't pick up, so no call ever hits voicemail.

02

We qualify the call and capture the details

Name, callback, the job, and how urgent it is, whether it's a truck-now emergency or a booking for next week. The same intake questions your best dispatcher would ask.

03

We book the job or dispatch your on-call tech

It lands on your calendar as a booked appointment, or the right tech gets texted the job on the spot. Either way, you get a text recap so nothing slips through.

It’s AI, and that is the advantage. It never sleeps, never puts a caller on hold, answers in under one ring, and books like your best dispatcher. If a caller ever asks, it says so and hands off to a human.

Proof, not promises

Don't take our word for it. Hear it book a job.

Put it on your line right now. Talk to our AI in your browser and hear it capture the job like your best dispatcher would. This is just a demo. On your line, it gets fully tuned to how your business runs and the jobs you take.

Dane answers as Rapid Restore, live in your browser. Allow your mic when asked.

No black box

You see exactly what it does on every call.

No guessing what the AI said. Every call is answered, transcribed, and turned into a job on your calendar, with the details texted straight to you. Here is one call, end to end.

The payoff

The revenue you were losing to voicemail, recovered.

Answer every call, not just the overflow

The booking call during the daytime rush, a quote request over lunch, the 2am emergency. Veritex picks up every inbound call, logs it, and handles it the same way. Your whole phone line, not just the ones you'd otherwise miss.

Turn missed calls into a revenue line

Veritex answers every call your crew can't get to, so the jobs that used to slip away to voicemail get captured, booked, or dispatched instead. Often the difference between a slow month and a record one.

Tuned to your trade, not generic

AI intake built for your work: emergency triage for restoration, plumbing, HVAC and electrical, or clean booking for detailing, auto and home services, with service-area logic tuned to your market from day one.

Right now, miss 15 calls a month at a $1,200 average job and that is about $18,000 in work walking out the door, every month. Veritex answers them instead.

Do the math

What are missed calls costing you?

Slide in your own numbers. This is an estimate from what you enter, not a stat and not a guarantee.

About 32 calls a month go unanswered. At your average job value, that is roughly$38,400 /moin potential jobs walking to voicemail, or about $460,800 a year. Veritex answers those calls instead.Start free

FAQ

Questions owners actually ask.

Is this AI, or a real person?

It's AI, and that's the point: it never sleeps, never puts a caller on hold, and answers in under one ring, day or night. It speaks in a natural voice, asks the same questions your best dispatcher would, and books or dispatches the job. If a caller ever asks, it tells them it's an automated assistant and can put a real person on if they'd rather. It never pretends to be human.

Do you work with my CRM or scheduling software?

Today, captured jobs land on your Google Calendar and come through as a text recap so nothing sits in a separate inbox. Direct sync with the CRM and scheduling tools trades use is rolling out on Capture+ and Full Desk. Tell us what you run at activation and we'll map it.

Can Veritex book appointments and handle quote requests?

Yes, that's the everyday job. For booking trades it checks your availability, offers open times, and puts the appointment straight on your calendar. For quote requests it captures the full scope and texts you a ready-to-quote lead so you can price it and win it.

What happens to an emergency call at 2am?

Veritex answers it, runs the same triage a good dispatcher would, and if it's a true emergency, texts your on-call tech the address and details immediately. No waiting for business hours.

What happens if I go over my plan's calls?

Each plan includes a set number of calls, and that number is real, not a suggestion. If you consistently run past it, we move you up to the plan that matches your volume, so you only ever pay for the size you actually need. We never cut your line off in the middle of a month, and we never hit you with surprise per-call fees. Most shops never come close to their limit.

Is there a setup fee?

Setup is done-for-you and worth $1,500: we port your number, train the agent on your services and pricing, tune it to your service area, and wire up dispatch to your on-call tech, so you go live without lifting a finger. We waive that $1,500 when you start now. Your first month is free either way, with no separate onboarding fee after that.

How fast can I go live?

Most businesses are live within a few days of a 20-minute activation call, where we confirm your services, service area, and dispatch preferences.

What if I already have someone answering during the day?

You choose how much of your line Veritex runs. Start on Capture and it only picks up after-hours and overflow, so your daytime setup stays untouched. Or move up to Full Desk and let it handle every inbound call, handing off to your team whenever you want.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract.

The next missed call is already on its way. Answer it and book it.
